Description of Service
MobileClaw provides a mobile application that enables users to create and interact with AI agents capable of performing various tasks, including but not limited to research, data processing, code execution, file management, and web browsing. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
User Accounts
To use the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary.
User Responsibilities
When using the Service, you agree to:

- Not use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
- Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

Intellectual Property

Subscriptions and Purchases
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. All payments are processed through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Pricing, billing cycles, and refund policies are subject to the terms of the respective app store. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MobileClaw and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate, and you should verify any important information independently.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MobileClaw is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
